Seat at its best global sales budget since 2001
The excellent moment passed by Seat, under the wise direction of President Luca de Meo, took shape in 2017 with the best result for world sales since 2001 and one of the most positive in history.
The Spanish company has in fact registered 468,400 cars, up 14.6% compared to 2016 (one of the main growth rates across Europe), achieving the fifth consecutive annual increase (+ 45.9% from 2012).
To the excellent result reached in 2017 also contributed the single December during which Seat gained 12.9% to 32,900 units.
Record deliveries for the Ateca SUV, the MPV Alhambra and for the bestseller Leon which scored a + 2.9% to 170 thousand vehicles, essentially stable at 152,300 units the Ibiza. During 2018 the SUV offensive will continue with the launch of Arona.
